1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If an order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
3. How to Request a Cancellation

- Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.
4. Exceptions
- Orders placed during clearance sales, special promotions, or limited-stock campaigns may not be eligible for cancellation.
